SATS week will commence on Monday 11th May 2020 for Year 6 students.
The format of the tests will be similar to last year:
Once the tests have been marked, the children will receive a score for each subject. The tests are all out of a different amount so the government produced a scale that is the same for all tests:
100 or above means the children have met the expected standard.
Below 100 means the children haven't met the expected standard for that subject.
Usually, a score of 110 means the children have met the higher standard but this number isn't released until after the summer.
The following video gives you all the information you need to know regarding the 2017 tests:
The timetable of our tests will be updated on this page nearer the time.
If you would like any more information on SATS, please do not hesitate to see me after school or arrange a time to meet with me.
Furthermore, if you would like me to recommend any good practice papers or revision guides, I will be happy to help as I have plenty of these in school that you are welcome to borrow.
