Tue 19 Apr 2016 Ms Cross

St. Michael's on Wyre CE school would like to send out a big welcome to our new reception children due to be joining us in September.

Please keep your eye on the post in the next few days, when you will receive a letter from us with further admission details, including pre-school visits.

We look forward to you all joining our school family very soon.

We still have a few places  available for our September starters, both in reception and our school nursery, if you know of anyone looking for a place.

  • We are back!

Mon 18 Apr 2016 Ms Cross
We have eventually moved back into school today Monday 18th April. Classrooms are starting to take shape, with more furniture being delivered this week. We are pleased to be back into school and hope to resume our normal class timetables. Mrs Cooper is glad to be back in her kitchen too!
  • HELP REQUIRED

    Thu 14 Apr 2016 Ms.

If you are good at DIY and putting together flat pack furniture, then we need your help.

All the furniture which has been delivered to school is flat pack and requires assembly. If you can help please give school a call at Myerscough on 01995 642145 and we will arrange a convenient time.

    Thank you

  • School is ready!

Mon 11 Apr 2016 Ms. Cross

Today we welcomed Mrs. Carroll as our new Headteacher she has had an actioned packed day, and this afternoon, has received the news that school is ready to move back into!

We are busy sorting removal companies and organising the move for this Friday (15th April).

School will be as normal that day, although we would appreciate it if we could cancel afterschool club to enable staff to move their belongings back into their classrooms.

We will be restarting at school on Monday 18th April at 8.40am. Please look out for further details on the school newsletter this week.
