School Meals

School meals follow Lancashire County Council menus and are available on ParentPay.  Lunches are currently charged at £2.90 (correct at Summer 2026).  Children in Reception, Years 1 and 2 are entitled to government-funded meals.  Those children in Pre-School are charged at £2.90.

Free school meals are offered to children of families who are in receipt of:

• Income Support
• Job Seekers Allowance (Income based)
• Support under part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
• The Guaranteed element of State Pension Credit
• Income related Employment Support Allowance

Child Tax Credit and are not entitled to Working Tax Credit and your annual income, as assessed by the Inland Revenue, does not exceed £16,190 (April 10 figure).

The Government does not allow us to recognise any other benefit other than those mentioned above.

Any changes in circumstances need to be reported to the Pupil Access team.
