  • Harvest Festival

    Mon 30 Sep 2024

    It was lovely to see so many families in church yesterday for our Harvest Festival. Thank you for all your generous donations. Some parcels have been distributed to members of St. Michael's community today and the remaining will be gifted to the Salvation Army's Bridge Project on Wednesday.

  • House Captains

    Meet this year's house captains- Adam, Emily, Sam, Belle, James and Esther. We are confident they will be amazing ambassadors for school and have already been busy with house captain duties running our Macmillan coffee morning earlier to day. Well done!

    Thank you for all your wonderful cake donations for this morning's Macmillan Coffee Morning and to Volker Stevin for their generous donations too. It was lovely to welcome visitors to support this  event.

    We got creative in worship this morning thinking about God's creation. The children were tasked to turn their piece of paper into something from God's world; we had tigers, dogs, trees, people, the sun, stars and jellyfish! Messy but fun and we love it!

    Our new Reception children have settled into school life really well and have been very busy with their learning both inside and outside the classroom. Lots of fun has been had so far!!

  • Climbing Day

    Beech Class- Year 3 & 4 had a fabulous day of climbing at Cragshaw Castle Rocks in Burnley. The children excelled themselves with their climbing skills. 

  • Buddies

    Reception class met their Year 6 buddies today and had lots of fun showing them their new classroom along with all the activities. 

  • Water fun at Fellfoot!

    Year 5 & 6 had great fun on Lake Windemere improving their kayaking and paddle boarding skills with Outdoor Education North West.
